From her teenage years, Tracy devoted herself to the arts, exploring painting and mixed media with a passion that became her life’s signature. As a former legal secretary who later embraced her artistic calling more fully, Tracy inspired many through her exhibitions and the heartfelt stories embedded in each piece she created.

Tracy is survived by her daughter, Sabrina Kelly, and son‑in‑law, Bruce Kelly; her son, William Wood Harter, and daughter‑in‑law, Monica Harter; and her grandchildren, London, Emerson, and Brandon, her sister, Confetti Maria Winslow and brother-in-law, Bert Winslow, who each carry forward her legacy of creativity and compassion.
